1. We wouldn’t be responsible for any government holidays as that would be calculated as non-working day. Hence the delay in this situation isn’t counted.
2. In case the document gets rejected from any of the authorities , we will refund the amount.
3. In urgent cases we will send a clear pdf scan of the document so that our beloved customers may proceed with their crucial work. In case we aren’t able to deliver the document in hand due to unavoidable circumstances. (Money back claims don’t apply under this scenario)
4. For any relevant claim the money would be refunded in 2-3 banking days.
5. Once the document is collected from the client or the attestation process has started, there’s no going back. (Money back claims don’t apply in this scenario)
6. We wouldn’t be responsible for any technical issue due to unfortunate circumstances in the courier (DHL). (Money back claims don’t apply under this scenario)
