Contact forms. Our website uses Fluent Forms to collect enquiries. When you submit a form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any message you choose to include. Submissions are stored in our website database and reviewed by our team. We do not send automated email responses after a form is submitted; after submitting, you’ll see an on-screen confirmation and be redirected to a Thank You page, which we also use for Google Ads conversion tracking.
WhatsApp communication. You can also reach us via WhatsApp (both WhatsApp Business and personal WhatsApp numbers are used for customer communication). We do not use third-party WhatsApp automation platforms, and we do not send automated WhatsApp messages. When you message us, we may receive and use your name, phone number, and any information you share in the conversation, including documents you send for review or service assessment.
Website analytics and advertising data. We use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel, which may collect information about how you use our website. See Section 5 below for more detail.
We do not currently offer document upload through our website, and we do not process online payments through the site, so no payment information is collected.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your enquiries and provide the attestation or documentation services you request
- Communicate with you about your request via phone, email, or WhatsApp
- Arrange document collection and delivery through our courier service
- Track the effectiveness of our website and advertising (see Section 5)
- Improve our website and services
We do not use your information for any purpose beyond what is described in this policy.
Document Handling
We do not collect documents through website forms. If we need a scanned copy of your document to proceed with your request, we will ask you to send it to our official company email address after initial contact by form or WhatsApp.
- Documents you share via WhatsApp remain within the WhatsApp conversation thread. We do not systematically archive or separately store documents received through WhatsApp.
- Documents sent to us by email are stored within our email system, which has an automatic retention policy: emails older than approximately two years are automatically deleted.
- Documents are used solely to provide the attestation or documentation service you requested.

Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel, to understand website usage and measure advertising performance. We are also planning to introduce remarketing and retargeting campaigns through Google Ads and Meta, though these are not yet active.

- Courier service. We use our own courier service for document collection. In some cases, we may share your phone number with a courier solely to arrange collection and delivery.
- International partners. If your service requires documents to be processed in your country of origin (for example, an Indian customer needing documents processed in India), we may share your phone number with a trusted partner in that country solely for communication related to your service. Documents are not routinely shared with third parties, and any sharing is limited to what’s necessary to deliver your service.
- Analytics and advertising providers. As described in Section 5, tools such as Google and Meta may process certain data as part of website analytics and advertising.
Data Retention
- Form submissions are stored in our website database.
- Emails, including any documents sent to us by email, are automatically deleted after approximately two years.
- Documents shared via WhatsApp remain in the WhatsApp conversation thread and are not separately archived.

Our website uses a standard SSL certificate to encrypt data transmitted between your browser and our website.
